Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

Every tumbler is made just for you when you place your order. Because we make items on demand, it can take 5–10 business days for production and an additional 3–7 business days for delivery within the U.S. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships!

Q: Where do you ship?

Right now, we only ship within the United States. We're keeping things local and focused while we grow — thanks for understanding!

Q: Are your tumblers dishwasher or microwave safe?

Nope — these are hand-wash only and not microwave safe. The double-wall acrylic design keeps your drink cool, but treat it gently to keep it cute and long-lasting!

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

Since each tumbler is made-to-order, we can’t accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, just email us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with photos and your order number — we’ll make it right.

Q: Do you accept returns?

Only for damaged or misprinted items. We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or sizing preferences since each item is created just for you. If you believe there was a mistake with your order, reach out and we’ll take care of it 💌

Q: What if my package is lost or I entered the wrong address?

  • Wrong address: If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll ask you to cover the reshipping costs.

  • Unclaimed/Returned orders: If your package goes unclaimed for 30 days, it may be donated to charity.

  • Lost in transit? Email us and we’ll help track it down or file a claim if needed.

Q: Where are your tumblers made?

Our blank tumblers are sourced internationally (currently from China), and then made-to-order, designed, and customized right here through our U.S.-based partners!

Q: Why does it take a bit longer to get my order?

To avoid waste and overproduction, your tumbler is only created after you order. This allows us to stay sustainable, intentional, and offer you something that was made just for you — not sitting in a warehouse somewhere.
